Meet the owner
Philip Blue
Rock Creek was started to do work the owner would stand behind in his own neighborhood, but the company is not built to stay boxed inside residential remodeling. The long-term lane is high-end residential and serious commercial work: buildouts, concrete, foundations, additions, and construction scopes that need disciplined planning.
Philip holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston and spent 15+ years as an engineer on large industrial projects before starting Rock Creek. That background shows up as the operating discipline of checking specs, documenting changes, and accounting for every dollar.
The engineering-led difference.
It shows up as itemized estimates, written change orders, and weekly written progress updates. When a job involves structural, concrete, or foundation complexity, Rock Creek brings in licensed design professionals and stamped engineering where they are required.
